1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Customer,' 'you,' or 'your') and Al Zivra ('we,' 'us,' or 'our') governing your access to and use of the website www.alzivra.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

3. Products & Availability

All products listed on Al Zivra are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. While we make every effort to display product colours, textures, and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, and monitor calibration. These variations do not constitute a defect.

In the event that a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund promptly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment options displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Al Zivra does not store your payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent activity or payment irregularities.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Al Zivra constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a dispatch notification email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A product is out of stock

• Pricing or product information errors have occurred on our site

• We are unable to verify payment or suspect fraudulent activity

• The order does not meet our terms of sale

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Al Zivra website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, design elements, copy, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Al Zivra and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional discount codes are subject to specific terms and expiry dates as communicated at the time of issue. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items, combined with other promotions, or redeemed for cash. Al Zivra reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers at any time.

8. Gift Cards

Al Zivra gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be applied toward shipping costs, exchanged for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

Al Zivra shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labour strikes, carrier delays, or failures of third-party service providers. In such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the disruption.
