Shipping Policy

 

 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

 Orders placed during any sale or promotion can only be cancelled before fulfillment. In such cases, refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit. Refunds to the original payment source will not be entertained under any circumstances. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or modified during sale or promotional periods.

 For Prepaid and Partial COD orders: Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours unless otherwise mentioned.

 For COD orders: Dispatch will happen within 48 hours of order confirmation via phone call.

 If there is any delay in dispatch, you can contact us via Customer Care, Instagram, or WhatsApp for an update.

2. Delivery Timeline

 After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, unless there is a courier delay.

 If your order is not being attempted or appears delayed, please reach out — we will ensure it is delivered or reshipped.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is FREE on all orders.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

 A COD charge of Rs. 150 will apply.

 A confirmation call is required before dispatch. You should receive a call within 24 hours of placing the order. If you miss the call or do not receive one due to any issue, you can call us back on our Customer Care number during working hours (mentioned below) to confirm your order.

 Orders will only be dispatched after confirmation.

 Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for future orders.

5. Partial COD Orders

 Available for orders above Rs. 798.

 Pay Rs. 300 advance at checkout, and the rest upon delivery.

 No shipping or COD charges apply.

 Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. If cancelled after dispatch, the Rs. 300 advance will be non-refundable.

 If the order is refused or cancelled at the time of delivery, the order will be marked cancelled and the Rs. 300 advance will not be refunded.

 For any delays or issues with delivery, contact us via Customer Care, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and we will arrange a resolution.
