Refund & Returns Policy

 

1. Our Commitment

At Al Zivra, every garment is crafted with care, intention, and quality materials. We want you to love what you receive. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will do our best to make things right. Your happiness is our top priority.


2. Terms for Exchange / Returns

 Orders can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt. Any requests received after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 For Partial COD orders, refunds will only be issued as Gift Cards. Refunds to the Original Payment Source are not applicable.

 Products bought during a sale can only be exchanged or refunded in the form of a Gift Card. The Gift Card issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 Products purchased during a Flash Sale will not be exchanged or refunded.

 COD orders will only be refunded in the form of a Gift Card. The Gift Card issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or any other defect on the product (not caused by Al Zivra), the product will be shipped back to the customer and the refund/exchange will not be processed.

 Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

 Products purchased during the Last Piece Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Return Pickup

 Reverse pickups are generated at an additional cost of Rs. 150.

 For international order returns, the customer must pay the shipping charges (inclusive of customs duty or any other applicable charges) for the product to be shipped back to our Indian Warehouse. The refund will be processed once we have received the product.

4. Refund Process

 Refunds will be initiated within 24–48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.

Once your refund has been initiated, please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alzivra.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@alzivra.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return policy will apply.
